Misti Reed

Misti Reed is a Central California transplant who moved to the Inland Northwest in July 2022. She began her career as a news reporter at KERN Radio in Bakersfield, Calif. in 2008, and transitioned to TV news as an associate producer at KBAK/KBFX in 2011. Misti joined KMPH as a morning Executive Producer in Fresno, Calif. in 2014. Most recently she was an Assistant News Director at KXLY in Spokane from 2022-2025. She is proud to serve on the Silver Circle and Gold Circle Awards Committee to honor journalists who have contributed decades of experience and community engagement, and help mold journalists throughout their careers.
