If it's in TV news, Rebecca has been there - on the scene, behind the anchor desk, in management, and in-front of the classroom. Rebecca has it covered. Beginning her career in 1970 at KOBI in Medford Oregon, Rebecca spent twenty six years in the industry in Oregon State before moving to academia. Since then, she's teaching the next generation of broadcasters at the University of Oregon. During that time, she's earned the Excellence in Teaching Award for Adjuncts several times, served on the board of directors for the City Club of Eugene and the Oregon Associated Press Broadcasters Association, even serving as president for the latter.
